Why this notice
This page describes Bluclad internal policies for the site www.bluclad.it in relation to the processing of personal data of users who consult it, through an information note also pursuant to EU Regulation no. 679/2016 (hereinafter “Regulation”). Users can access the site:
1.from the “CONTACT US” area, by entering their personal data in order to send a message to the Owner.
2.from the “CUSTOMERS AREA”, through access credentials, previously obtained as customers of the Owner.
Following consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed. The “owner” of their processing (i.e. “Data Controller”) is BLUCLAD S.p.A, with its registered office in Prato, Via di Popolino 1/T.
“Data protection officer”
The Data Protection Officer (“DPO”) designated by the Data Controller can be contacted in the following way: mail to the e-mail address email@example.com.
People authorized for data treatment
The owner has designated the persons authorized to process and maintain the technological part of the site.
Data processing place
The processing connected to the web services of this site takes place at the aforementioned office of the owner and is processed by authorized personnel within the organization of the owner. These treatments are also carried out at the headquarters of external suppliers who take care of the maintenance of the technological part of the site, authorized by the Data Controller, the names of which can be consulted by the interested parties with a request to the Data Controller.
Types of data processed
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
Those information are not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the addresses in the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s computer environment.
These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: except for this eventuality, at present the data on web contacts do not persist for more than seven days.
Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.
Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of the site prepared for particular services on request.
No personal data of users is acquired by the site.
The use of “session cookies” (which are not stored permanently on the user’s computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow safe browsing and efficient site.
“Session cookies” used on this site avoid the use of other technologies that could compromise the privacy of users’ browsing and do not allow the acquisition of personal identification data.
Optionality of data supply
Apart from that specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data contained in the “CONTACTS” area forms or indicated in contacts with the Data Controller to send messages or requests for informative material or other communications.
The legal basis of their processing is the user’s consent, without which is impossible to obtain what has been requested.
Method of data treatment
Personal data are processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, that is, the answer to questions and requests of the interested parties and will be kept for a maximum of 24 months from their collection.
In the case of users who are customers of the Owner and who enter the site through the “CUSTOMER AREA” the data, whose legal basis of treatment is the contract (or other arrangements) with the customers themselves, are treated with the same terms of conservation of other data customer itself, provided by specific applicable regulations required by civil and tax laws.
Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
Rights of the interested parties
The subjects to whom the personal data refer to have the rights explained in Articles 15 (and subsequent) of the “Regulation”: access to their data, correction, cancellation and limitation of the processing that concerns them. Interested parties may oppose the processing of their data and exercise the right to the portability of the same as well as to propose a complaint to the Authority for the protection of personal data.
