BLUCLAD® 350
Electrolytic nickel-phosphorus, P > 11%
BLUCLAD® 350 is a process for electroplating a nickel-phosphorus alloy, for use as an intermediate layer before precious metal finishes. The bath has a stable pH, runs on rack and barrel, and deposits an alloy with a phosphorus content above 11%. The coating has a hardness above 500 HV and is particularly resistant to sulphonitric attack.
