BLUCLAD® 7900 STRIKE
Palladium strike for nickel-free cycles

BLUCLAD® 7900 STRIKE is an electroplating process for rack and barrel deposition of a copper-tin-palladium ternary alloy, designed to maximise adhesion in nickel-free cycles. The deposit, white to slightly yellow, is highly corrosion resistant. It is ideal for preventing passivation of the underlying layers and as an additional barrier against intermetallic diffusion and oxidation.
