BLUCLAD® 8740 is a process for the electrodeposition of approximately 23-carat gold alloyed with indium. The deposit is designed as a finishing layer, with colour coordinates that depend on the relative concentrations of the alloying metals and on the operating conditions. The bath is used on rack and barrel.
