BLUCLAD® DARK CHROME
Trivalent dark chromium
BLUCLAD® DARK CHROME is a process for the electrodeposition of a dark chromium alloy, to be used as a final layer or as an underlayer to improve the adhesion of lacquered finishes. The trivalent chromium formulation operates at low temperature and, compared with traditional trivalent baths, performs very well even at low current densities. The bath is used on rack and deposits bright, well-adherent layers on a range of bright or matt base materials, with high hardness and chemical inertness that ensure exceptional resistance to wear and to chemical and mechanical tests.
