BLUCLAD® NI WOOD
Activating Wood's nickel for stainless steel
BLUCLAD® NI WOOD is a nickel plating process that produces a highly active electrolytic deposit. It is particularly suited as a base layer for electroplating on stainless steel and as an activating film on plated surfaces passivated by brightening agents. The deposit can easily be plated with copper, nickel and gold. It is applied on rack and barrel, with no equipment beyond that used for bright nickel plating.
