How it works
The material rotates at variable speed and the rotation reverses automatically, while the needles vibrate and rotate in sync with the part. The result is uniform cleaning, even in the hardest-to-reach areas.
1Load the barrel
Removable barrel: loading and unloading are quick and easy. Works with loose parts or parts still attached to the casting tree.
2Set the cycle
Rotation speed and vibration force are adjusted from the control panel; rotation reversal is automatic.
3Clean and polish
The needles, from Ø 0.2 to 1 mm and from 2 to 7 mm long, vibrate and rotate together with the material for an even, repeatable finish.
