With the adoption of its new Whistleblowing Channel, Bluclad S.p.A. wishes to encourage its staff and collaborators to play an active role in safeguarding the values of legality, integrity and transparency.
To this end, the Company enables reports to be made, in a protected manner and in accordance with the “Whistleblowing” Procedure adopted by the Company, concerning conduct that is not in line with its Code of Ethics or violations of national and European legislation that harm the public interest or the integrity of the company.
The reporting system adopted allows messages to be sent anonymously as well, and guarantees confidentiality through advanced encryption throughout the entire report handling process. The reporting channel uses the “WhistleLink” software.
The body responsible for handling reports is the Supervisory Body (Organismo di Vigilanza), and in particular Mr Mattia Costantini (internal member of the Supervisory Body).
